ASOS Shoe Wishlist

Ok let's talk about my show addiction- it's seriously getting out of hand. I clicked onto my saved list on ASOS and was shocked by how many shoes I had saved so thought I'd share my favourites with you. I'm loving the classic court shoe shape at the moment, although I don't own many pairs like this as I find them pretty uncomfortable if I have to wear them for an extended period of time. This embellished pastel pink pair and this holographic snakeskin pair are stunning and would really jazz up a simple evening outfit of jeans and a blouse. I also adore the leopard peep toe pair as I'm still pretty obsessed with this print! Also shall we talk about the cuteness of these fluffy sandals?! If only there was more of Summer left these would look so cute with some little high-waisted shorts and a cami top.

Moving away from the super girly shoes to something more edgy- I love these strappy heels with the block heel, perfect for toughening up a look. They'd look great with some skinny black jeans and a leather jacket. Now onto boots which are, let's be honest, one of the only things I like about Autumn/Winter. I love the pair top left- a twist on the classic chelsea boot with a pointed toe and textured faux leather- and I'm definitely considering picking these up as they'd quickly become my staple shoe for the next few months. The studded pair are a very similar shape but are a little snazzier and would jazz up a simple outfit but still go with most things I own. Much as I love this snakeskin pair by Hudson these are definitely a dream item, coming in at £135. I just think they're so eye-catching and would make my staple outfit of jeans and a t-shirt a bit more exciting. Let's see if I can snap them up in the sale!

Autumn Wishlist (Already?!)

I know it's technically still Summer but we haven't exactly been having the weather I'd been hoping for so recently I've been starting to think forward to Autumn. All the shops are beginning to get A/W stock in and I'm loving the whole vibe this season and I can't wait to slip my feet back into a pair of classic chelsea boots. I love these ones from ASOS because of the pointed toe and block heel which will smarten up any outfit. I can see myself wearing a lot of polo necks, especially as layers- one would look great under these super cute dungarees. I'm also glad to see that off-the-shoulder tops won't be going anywhere in a hurry. I think they're super flattering on all body shapes and this striped one has a real 70s feel that I love. I think simple tailoring is also going to be a big thing which is why I love this khaki pencil skirt- imagine it with a fluffy jumper and a tailored coat and it's a classy everyday look. I actually tried on this faux-leather gilet in New Look recently but opted to buy a faux fur one instead, but there's no doubt I'll be heading back to pick this one up too in the near future.

I'm pretty sure it's no secret anymore that I am an absolute shoe addict- I'm always coming up with some reason why I need another pair. These holographic platforms are simply stunning and would look amazing with so many outfits for a night out. Unfortunately at £65 I'm not sure I can justify them but I can dream! As I'm heading off to university soon I've been stocking up on homeware in order to make my new room a lovely place to spend time. I've been obsessed with Etsy lately and I've seen so much cute decor- I love these embroidery wall hangings, as well as banners and prints that will just make me smile when I see them. I'm definitely planning on doing a room tour when I'm all settled in so look out for that in the Autumn.

Sephora Wishlist #2

At the end of the summer I am lucky enough to be heading back to America. While I am super excited that I'll finally be getting the dose of sunshine that I deserve, I am also, of course, looking forward to making a quick trip to Sephora. After getting a little spendy there in New York, I've really been enjoying investing a little more in some high end products so I've put together (quite a hefty!) wishlist of things I'd love to pick up when I'm there. I only actually picked up two products from my last wishlist so we'll see what happens this time!

First of all, I know for certain that I will be repurchasing the Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation as I've been using this for a few months now and it has firmly become the best foundation that I own. It works for so many occasions and is just the perfect finish and coverage for me and I don't want to run out. Also I'd love to try one of Tarte's Amazonian Clay Blushes as people rave about them and I'm dying to see what all the fuss is about. Other make-up products include the Naked 3 palette- it's one I've wanted since it was released but couldn't bring myself to splurge on so I'll see how I feel in August- along with an Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder- a super luxurious and unnecessary product but one on my radar all the same! The Too Faced Hangover Primer has had some really good reviews and since I've not really tried anything from Too Faced, I feel like this would be a good place to start.

In terms of skincare, there a two brands that I really want to give more of a go. I already have a face mask from Clinque but I'm dying to try their new Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm as it looks like a dreamy way to take my make-up off. A couple of masks that look lovely are from Origins- the Clear Improvement Charcoal Mask and the new Original Skin Rose Clay Mask, both of which I've heard great things about. Finally, the Surf Infusion Spray from Bumble and Bumble looks like something right up my street- it gives the texture and finish of a salt spray but with added oils to nourish the hair, rather than dry it out like most salt sprays I've tried do. While the full size is pretty pricey for a hair product (in my opinion) the mini size is perfect for me to try.

Phew! That's a pretty big list and I'm yet to decide which of these products will definitely make it into my basket but be sure to let me know if you have any more recommendations for me to check out!

18th Birthday Wishlist

At last it's coming up to my 18th birthday (April 28th to be precise) and I cannot wait. I thought today I'd share with you a few things that are on my wishlist this year, starting with an Olivia Burton watch. If you regularly look at my outfit posts you'll see that I'm almost always wearing my red vintage watch. While I love it, I feel like it's time for something a little more sophisticated and a watch is something that I know I'll keep for a very long time. There are so many beautiful styles but this rose gold and mink one is particularly lovely. Next, shoes- you can never have too many and this from ASOS really caught my eye. They're the same style as a pair I already have but bright pink with a pom pom? Like nothing I already have and I know I'd get a lot of wear out of them.

I adore the Bobbi Brown Creamy Matte lipsticks but they're too pricey for me to justify buying one for myself so it would make a nice gift. The shade I've got my eye on is Razzberry, a pink-toned red. I know storage is not the most exciting present but as I'm heading off to uni in September I'm going to need to completely rethink my make-up storage. I have a lot of space at the moment but my room will be smaller at university so I'm going to pack light. The MUJI draws are a blogger favourite and I think they'd fit in nicely.

The Last Five Years is one of my favourite musicals at the moment and the recent film that has come out starring Anna Kendrick and Jeremy Jordan was perfection, so the sheet music book is on my list. While I don't have the greatest voice in the world that doesn't stop me from singing my heart out at my piano!

USA Drugstore Wishlist

You may have seen my Sephora wishlist that went up last week where I mentioned that I was planning on getting a fair bit of beauty shopping done while I'm in New York next month. While there's a lot I have my eye on in Sephora, I'm also a big fan fan of drugstore products so I've compiled a little list I things I want to pick up while I'm there. I expect there'll be other things that catch my eye once I'm there but for now, here are my thoughts.

I have a couple of products from the Not Your Mother's range that are really great so I thought I'd pick up something else while I can. This Dry Texture Spray looks really great and could be a possible dupe for the Oribe one but is a lot cheaper at around £4. I've spoken multiple times about how much I love my NYX Butter Gloss so will definitely be picking up some more. Less than £3.50 for a brilliant lip gloss? Yes please!

The Covergirl True Blend foundation looks like it hints of L'Oreal True Match going on so that might be an interesting try. I've tried and loved one foundation from Covergirl in the past (unfortunately it's now discontinued) and for £7 it's not a disaster if it doesn't work for me. Another product exclusive to the USA are the Revlon Ultra HD Lipsticks. I've had a look at some reviews and they look like creamy summery colours that I'm definitely interested in trying. While you can get the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Nail Polishes in the UK now, they're a lot cheaper in America (less than £7) and I've been looking to try them out for a while so this is something I can't wait to get. The only question is, which shade?! There's such a huge selection so it may take a while for me to decide!

Sephora Wishlist

In a few weeks time I'll be heading off to New York which I am incredibly excited about for multiple reasons: being the theatre fanatic I am, going to Broadway will be a dream come true, but coming closely behind is of course the shopping. I've been saving up and plan on picking myself up some new beauty bits, some from Sephora which I'll be sharing with you today, and some drugstore products which you'll be seeing a wishlist of soon.

Let's start with the big one: the Hourglass Modernist Eyeshadow Palette in Monochrome (Rose). I can't get over how beautiful it is although I have heard mixed reviews about the quality of the shadows so I will definitely be swatching before I buy, because I'd hate to spend £40ish on something that I just can't use because the pigmentation is weak. Another palette is the Smashbox Contour Kit which comes in at around £30, which seems pretty expensive but what makes it more worthwhile is that you get the palette and the brush for that price. It's got a couple of contour shades and a highlight which is as many as you really need and will hopefully help my level-up my contouring.

I picked up a Formula X Nail Polish last summer and think it's really great so I'll definitely be picking up another as they only cost about £7. There's a huge range of shades but I think a good everyday nude is on my list. The Sephora Cream Lip Stains have kind of become a must have for red lip lovers so I think it's about time I jumped on the bandwagon with this one. It'd be interesting to see how this compares with the long-lasting Bourjous Rouge Velvets that I love so much considering it's about the same price.

I use the Anastasia Brow Wiz on a daily basis and have repurchased it many times but it works out slightly cheaper in America so may pick up one of these to keep in stock for when my current one runs out. I've really been enjoying a good face mask recently so am thinking of picking up the Clinique Acne Solutions mask as hopefully this would be a great anti-blemish one that's reusable, rather than the packet masks that I can only use once.

Now I doubt I'll end up picking up everything on my wishlist- that's probably a bit optimistic- but I will let you know what I do buy in a little post-holiday haul so keep your eyes peeled!

Spring Wishlist

Skirt- New Look // Dress- ASOS // Clinique Chubby Stick- Sephora // Shoes- Juju

Spring is well on it's way. While some days I can't feel it, the bluer skies are making me optimistic and I'm so excited to get my bare legs out and be a bit more daring with my spring fashion choices. The 70s trend is one I can definitely get on board with, starting with something very simple like this suede a-line skirt which will look fab with a simple crop top and brogues. I also have a lot of events coming up this season which will need me to dress relatively smartly so I've already started planning what I'd like to wear. This dress is super cute as the shape is very flattering and classy but the full skirt keeps it looking quite fun and cute.

We can't forget my jelly shoe obsession- I lived in my white Juju Babes last year so want to pick up the same style in a different colour this year so I have a few pairs that I can switch between. While I adore this aqua pair, I need to do a little more delving into my wardrobe to see what colour will go best with the clothes I already have before I make a firm decision. The beauty launch that I'm most looking forward to is the new Clinique Chubby Contour stick. I've been after a cream contour product for a while and this one has had good reviews and looks so easy to use. I can't wait to pick it up!

Red Nose Day at TK Maxx

Red Nose Day always comes around so fast- suddenly, everywhere I go I'm seeing things splattered with red. As someone who doesn't talk themselves too seriously, I'm all for looking a bit silly and having a laugh whilst raising money for a brilliant cause, but every year TK Maxx give you the opportunity to look fab while doing it.

This year, as ever, they've got some great designers to contribute to their range of t-shirts available to buy online and in store, including Karl LagerfeldMatthew Williamson and Diane von Furstenberg. I'm definitely a jeans and t-shirt girl most of the time so one of these with some black skinny jeans and a jacket would be an ideal look for me and I cannot wait to get my hands on one. As well as being really reasonably priced at around £15, at least £5 of this goes directly to the charity.

There's more too- Henry Holland and Anya Hindmarch have designed some tees that you can get for your kids and that man in your life, along with some snazzy items for your home. I would definitely recommend taking a look at what's on offer and picking up a bargain, as well as supporting a brilliant cause. Also pop in to your local store- there's some great fundraising events going on up and down the country (in my local store staff are putting on events every week until Easter to raise even more cash) so get supporting!

October Wishlist

About time I did another wishlist! I normally feel quite stuck in a rut when it comes to Autumn/Winter clothing but I've picked up a few great pieces recently that give me hope I can put together some good looks. I adore this skirt- while I'm not certain the style would suit me, I think the pattern and colours are really great for this season and you can really dress this up or down.

I saw this bag (or at least a very similar one, I can't fully remember) while I was in New Look the other day and really liked the look of it because the straps were interchangeable so you could wear it as a backpack or just an over-the-shoulder bag too, which makes me think I'd use it a lot more. I'm after a new pair of jeans because I somehow (don't even ask) managed to rip a hole in my light blur Miss Selfridge ones- I was pretty annoyed at myself but these are a bit cheaper than ones in Miss Selfridge and Topshop so I may give them a go and see how the quality compares.

I've been eyeing up this shirt for a while now. I can't get enough of oversized shirts that you can just throw on with jeans or something because it makes for an easy but stylish look. OK, now let's talk Charlotte Tilbury- I've never owned anything from the brand before despite thinking all the products looks beautiful. However I've seen so much about these Matte Revolution lipsticks and I adore the shade Amazing Grace. £23 is more than I've ever spent on a lipstick but I'm oh so tempted!

September Wishlist

I found a few pieces recently that I'm loving and thought I'd share them with you! Firstly a pair of Chelsea boots- I had a black pair last year that I also bought on eBay and they lasted me all through winter. They're a classic style but I think this year I'll go for a cute dark brown pair. I'm always into tartan at this time of year so I can't go wrong with another check skirt. I imagine this fitted one from Missguided would be really flattering and would go with pretty much anything.

More shoes! OK, I know I don't really need another pair of heels but this ASOS ones are so original, I just love them. They're slightly tacky and over-the-top and I think they'd spice up any party outfit, plus how comfortable do they look?! Finally a necklace from a little shop I spotted on Instagram- they currently only sell on eBay but their online store is opening soon and they have a lot of pieces at a really reasonable price. I adore this pretzel necklace and think it would nicely compliment many an outfit.

Summer Isn't Over // Wishlist

Last year I got ready for Autumn far too early- I was into jumpers and boots bang on the 1st September and I regretted it because I found myself missing my summer clothes. OK, here in England it isn't going to be warm for that much longer but that doesn't mean I can't still dress in cute skirts and dresses.

The outfit I want to show you today would be perfect for running everyday errands, be it going shopping or hanging out with some friends during the day. I've always wanted a denim skirt and this floral one from Topshop is adorable- it evens comes with option of a matching denim jacket. I'd team it with a cute little crop top like this one from Forever 21 and trainers- since buying a pair of Nikes for myself (got a shoe unboxing of these coming soon!) I've become hooked. They are so comfortable and these mint green ones are super summery. To tie the whole look together I've chosen a shade called Mermaid Green Pearl from Sephora which is just stunning which would really stand out on your nails.

Of course, bargains are suitable all year round- at Raise you can buy and sell gift cards for different stores, including some of the ones I've mentioned here. If you head over here you can pick up a Nike gift card and pick up these shoes with over a 2% saving! This is a great way to save some extra money when buying or to get rid of a gift card that you know you won't use, so I'll definitely be checking that out.

Wishlist // January 2014

Let me begin by wishing you all a very happy New Year! 2013 was pretty good to me on the whole so here's hoping for 2014 to be even better. Today I'm sharing with you items I'm craving and would love to own in the next month or so.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer: I've never fancied the Double Wear foundation, despite the good reviews I've read on it but, but the concealer is something I really want to get my hands on. It has rave reviews with people saying it blends seamlessly, it stays on all day and doesn't crease.

ASOS Hobo Bag: I decided that I was in need of a new bag recently and when browsing, I stupidly fell in love with this one. It's a deep, almost bucket bag, style and is made from real leather, which is suppose is why it comes in at £55. To me that is a super expensive amount to spend on a bag but since seeing this one, I haven't yet found anything that I like quite as much.

ASOS Gladiator Boots: These boots come in a choice of black or white, both of which I love. I think the chunky look to them is super cool and these boots would take me right through to summer. Shame again that these are also £55, but I'm sure I will find some like these somewhere else shortly.

Kimberly's Capital Punishment by Richard Milward: Despite the huge number of books I received as Christmas gifts (I just love to read), I still want more. This book caught my eye because it's different to the type of book I normally gravitate towards. It's about a woman who tries to get a man to break up with her by being vile to him, but instead he commits suicide. It's apparently a comedy (?!) but it's probably best you go read the blurb yourself.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette: This has bloggers divided- 'Do we need a new Naked palette?' 'But the colours are just so beautiful!'. I for one adore this palette and having not owned either of the previous to as I haven't fancied the colours, I am lusting after the rose gold tones in this one and hope to buy this soon.

Any of these items on your wishlist?

Christmas Wishlist

Prada Candy L'Eau: the first time I smelled this perfume I loved it. I'm not such a big fan of the original Prada Candy but this is a much lighter scent yet it's still sweet. I love the colour scheme of the bottle too. I only really ask for perfumes as gifts as I just don't want to splurge that much on one product!

Tatty Devine Name Necklace: I've wanted one of these necklaces for ages because they are very original- there are so many options that you can really make it completely your own. I don't know what colour I would choose so I'll leave that up to some else to decide if they were to buy me one!

Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte: these lipsticks are so raved about that I'm just desperate to have one of my own, despite the high-end price tag. I have my eye on shade 16 'Orange Impertinent' which is a pinky coral shade, perfect for everyday.

Bobbi Brown Rouge Pot: I've finally hit pan on my coral cream blush from Topshop and so will soon need a replacement, and I'd like to try the shade 'Calypso Coral' from Bobbi Brown as it looks very creamy and highly pigmented, plus you can use it for cheeks and lips.

Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint: another popular product are the chubby sticks, particularly the shade 'Fuller Fudge' which is what I'm after. These make a  great eyeshadow base or worn alone for a natural look.

November Wishlist

To think that the next wishlist I do after this will be my Christmas one! Urban Outfitters have always had great jewellery but these two necklaces really stood out to me- the top one has an elephant family on it and underneath is a gorgeous green stone triangle. I also love this denim-style dress from ASOS- I think it'll be a great piece for layering jumpers over and wearing with thick tights and boots. I'm really loving hats this season and this faux fur one from Boohoo is just gorgeous. Finally, I'm a big fan of Topshop nail products and this is the shade 'Rainy day' which I think is so pretty and is a kind of a muted pastel purple.

September Wishlist

Coat- MeeMee
Shirt- Forever 21
Blusher- Topshop
Skirt- River Island
Beanie- eBay

This is the first time I'm really thinking hard about things I'm after for this Autumn- it's becoming all about layers and dark colours which I actually quite enjoy. For example, I love this boyfriend coat due to the relaxed shape and longer length. A plaid shirt is great for layering over a summer dress and then adding some boots and a hat such as this cat-eared beanie I found on eBay for less than £2! I love this bold pink blush and I'm already a huge fan of Topshop blushes. Finally, this quilted leather-look skirt is only £18 and will look great with some black tights, boots and a baggy t-shirt.

August/September Wishlist!

I feel like it's been so long since I've shared a wishlist with you! These are items that I'm lusting over this month and I hope to pick some of them up in September.

I have kind of got an obsession with 'Mom' jeans at the moment and are desperate to own a pair before this summer is over. Teamed with a graphic tee, such as this one by Marina and the Diamonds, it would make a great outfit. I have my eye on this bag for sixth form next year- it looks pretty big and I love the classic nude colour.

And yes, I am going to jump on the Baby Lips bandwagon- I'm just interested to see if they live up the hype and will be picking one up as soon as they come into stock in my local Boots. Finally are the Real Techniques brushes which I hope to pick up while I'm in America, as I think they're cheaper there. I've wanted to try them for so long!

June Wishlist

Playsuit- ASOS
Shorts- Topshop
Necklace- Topshop
Sunglasses- Topshop

How is it June already?! I have so many summery items that I want this month! This playsuit is only £10 and is just quite simple but perfect for when I go on holiday as a beach cover up. Again these shorts- I mentioned them in a Trend of the Week a while back and still adore them, as they're a bit different from a plain pair of denim shorts.
In terms of accessories, I love these neon shoes which are a fair price for real leather. They look really comfy and would go with a lot of things in warm weather.
I saw both these sunglasses and this necklace in Topshop in Cardiff but haven't seen them in my local one, but I just think they are both so cute! The sunnies are a bit different to the round ones that a lot of people seem to have these days and like nothing I've ever worn before. The necklace is just really pretty yet fun and I'm desperate to get my hands on it.

May Wishlist

I've been dying to try the Revlon 'Nearly Naked' foundation since I first heard about it, it sounds like just my thing- light feeling on the skin but still with medium coverage. I even went on the shade finder on line to work out what I would be! (in case you're wondering, I would probably wear the shade nude).
Another Revlon product is the Moon Candy nail art- a normal nail polish on one side with glitter on the other- a really quick way to create cute nails.
I adore this swimsuit too- more covered up than a bikini but I love the lattice effect in the middle and the cut-outs on the side.

April Wishlist

Lime Skater Skirt- Topshop, £16
Lip Tint in Orange- Topshop, £9
Revlon Cream Blush in Flushed- Boots, £7.99
Key Cuff in Silver- Forever 21, £3.15

Topshop seem to have a lot in at the moment that I'm loving, in particular this lime green skater skirt- the colour is so bright and summery and I really think it would look great with this boxy fit t-shirt. The slogan is eye catching and I can see this top going with pretty much everything in my wardrobe!

In terms of beauty, this lip tint from Topshop adjusts colour to the pH level of your lips and I'm loving orange/corals at the moment so would love to try this. I already have a coral cream blush so I want to try this Revlon PhotoReady blush in a bright pink colour.

March Wishlist

Normally on a Monday I would post a 'Trend of the Week' but I thought that since it's the start of the month I'd post my wishlist for March. I'm pretty sure I did one of these in February, so here are the items I'm lusting over this month!

1. Pink Peplum Dress- Missguided
I love this dress- the colour is really bright and just reminds me of Summer. I love that it's quite a classy dress but the colour adds some fun to it, and I love the mirrored belt that it comes with, it's a great detail.
2. Grey Crop Top- Boohoo
As you probably know I'm really into crop tops at the moment and I love the simplicity of this, it is a simple style and will go with pretty much anything.
3. Studded Blouse- Forever 21
This top is really cute, I love the studs on it and the sheer fabric it's made of. I think this will just look really pretty tucked into some high-waisted jeans and the fabric is perfect for summer.
4. Studded Bag- Forever 21
Finally is this lovely faux leather bag, again I love the studs and the natural colour because it will go with everything. It also had a long strap as well as the short shoulder straps so it's appropriate for many occasions.
