January Favourites!

I'm determined to get a favourites post up every month this year- last year I missed a few but this year you can expect one every month!

Next Loafers- ok, I bought these on like the 20th of January so I haven't had them long but I do love them. I already own two pairs of flat loafers (oops) but these are completely different to the pairs I already own because of the textured body of the shoe combined with the patent details. These were £25 which is more than I normally spend on flat shoes but hopefully this means they'll last longer.

Nivea Cleanser- I've traded my trusty face wipes for a toner for one month to see if it makes a difference. I'm about half way through and I'm really liking it so far- will have a full post up on my experiences when it's over!

Neutrogena Visibly Clear Scrub- this is one of the best face washes I've used, it lathers up really well and has small exfoliating particles so it feels really gentle on the skin but it leaves my face feeling so smooth. Plus the smell (sweet grapefruity smell) and the price are big advantages.

MUA Cream Blush- for only £2.50, this is an amazing product. It's in the shade 'Lush' which looks like quite a scary colour but you only need a tiny bit to get a gorgeous flush of pink on the cheeks plus it lasts so well on the skin. I put this on at 8am the other day and by the time I took my make-up off at about 10pm it was still clearly visible.

The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion- one of my news years resolutions was to read 30 books this year and 'The Rosie Project was book number four. It's such an uplifting novel which really made me laugh and smile. It's all about a scientist who wants a wife and devises a very logical way to get one, but it's not as simple as he first thinks. I'm going to share with you my favourite book of the month in each favourite post so get reading!
